How do I make my cacao?
It’s easy to make a luscious cacao in just a few minutes with our simple 3-2-1 recipe formula: 3 tbsps cacao, 2 tbsps sweetener, 1 pinch flavouring.
Simply add your ingredients to a pan, and warm on a gentle heat, stirring continuously until the cacao melts.
(You can also add your ingredients to a blender and whizz for two minutes.)

How much cacao should I use?
42g is often shared in circles as a ceremonial dose, though for a sensitive constitution that is quite strong.
We find 3 tablespoons of chopped cacao (around 33g) is a perfect amount for a heart-opening experience without being overstimulating.
