I absolutely love this..! I buy this monthly I love it that much..! I also find when I get that sweet itch (most days) that having a small piece and it takes the cravings away...I now do not crave a chocolate bar ..!! I buy the Ceremonial Peruvian blend and would highly recommend, I also use it most evenings to make a hot chocolate to sooth me into sleep.

Making this cacao has become an everyday ritual for me. I stopped drinking coffee a year ago and switched to cacao and this is the best I’ve found.
