The facilitators training was fantastic. It was a deep dive into holding space and somatic experiencing. I particularly enjoyed the exercises, sharing my thoughts and receiving module by module personalised feedback from Gav and Diane. They held a space for me to learn and answered all of my questions, adding their rich knowledge to my learning.
I would thoroughly recommend this training.
